SALA Ambassadors Take the Lead
The SALA Ambassador Program empowers students to represent SA Life Academy throughout the community while developing confidence, leadership, professionalism, and public speaking skills.
Before each presentation, ambassadors prepare together by learning about SA Life Academy's mission, programs, and impact. When presentation day arrives, the students take the lead—sharing their personal experiences, introducing our organization, and answering questions with confidence.
Each speaking opportunity helps students strengthen leadership, self-advocacy, teamwork, communication, and workplace-readiness skills while educating others about the abilities and contributions of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Whether speaking to a business, school, church, or community group, our ambassadors leave audiences inspired by what inclusion can accomplish.
